    Guild Staff:
    What is a guild staff? Level zero persons that have proficiencies in a certain two skills based on their profession. https://skyarch.forumotion.com/t31-professions .
    Guild Artists are particularly useful when it comes to resource production other staff can be sent on missions, usually non-combat missions, to do things that the real members of the guild cant be bothered to go do themselves. Here's the costs chart: https://i.imgur.com/uUKaulN.png

    Adventurers:
    Shouldn't this place be bustling with young men and women questing on well...quests? There isn't so much as hiring these individuals as being the middle man of a quest that they take. The format will be a lot like Guild Staff missions, in that there is no set format, simply a stated objective and they set off to accomplish it. All missions last 7 days.

    5th ed quantifies a skilled worker being paid 2gp per day. This is a person who is skilled in one proficiency.

    A level 1 adventurer is skilled in no less than 5 proficiency, so we use that as our base, thus, multiply by 5 for 10gp per day for a level 1 adventurer.

    For each additional level, add a multiplier of the level itself, thus, level 2 is 20gp per day, level 5 is 50gp per day.

    Then multiply by the number of adventurers you need for a particular mission, thus 4 level 3 adventurers is 4 x 30 = 120gp per day.

    This is then multiplied by how many days you need them. For a standard mission, simply multiply by 10 to account for the adventurers profit from the mission as well. Thus, to hire a group of 4 level 3 adventurers for a mission, the cost is 4 x 3 x 10 x10 = 1,200gp
